When eating mutton and hard food it's getting lodged in between first and second molar upper teeth on both side. Experiencing this after wisdom teeth removal. I'm very much worried and stressed. Consulted dentist asked to do scaling and wait and watch doctor saying. But no cavity between the teeth. Please advise what should be done. I have tmj does tmj causes food impaction and gum recession ?

If there is food lodgement then kindly get it checked clinically and radiographically. There can be cavity or gingival recession

Hello Wisdom teeth removal have nothing to do with food lodgement Advised to get an X-ray to see if there is any cavity between the teeth TMJ doesn’t cause food lodgement

Hello! Wisdom tooth removal and TMJ is not related to food lodgement. Your dental surgeon is right, follow whatever your dental surgeon has instructed. That's the basic step, if that's not working, go for x ray.
