Food for gas and sluggish digestion

Hello! Can you suggest some food especially vegetables and grains for gassy stomach and sluggish digestion? Is there any spice like jeera or herb that I can use safely? Thanks

Hello sir, If you have burning sensation then having less potato, brinjal,junk food,bakery items and spicy food.eating small piece of fresh ginger with a pinch of salt at the beginning of food helps proper digestion of food.usually heavy food like non veg and pulao causes gastric problem in people with poor digestive capacity.
Health Tips
fry equal quantity of mentha seeds, jeera in ghee and store it.eat it everyday after food. hot water in between food is good in sips.
