Follicular Study Report

As per doctor my follicle got ruptured. I have attached the photo of the follicular study report. It is ruptured around 19 or 20 days of cycle. Currently endometrium thickness is 11 to 12 mm. Doctor has given progesterone supplements. What is probability of getting conceive ? Please help in suggesting? What is the chance of getting pregnant ?
