Follicular study report after letrozole

I did follicular study. Day 14 size is 19*2 left ovary and 21 mm right ovary. Endometrium is 8.5 mm. Also had my trigger shot today. I want to avoid twins. We are trying to conceive naturally.any risk of multiple pregnancy? What are my chances of conceiving?

Chances are there. But, I couldn't understand, why do you want to avoid twins ? Anyway, in this cycle there may be a slight chance of having twins too, but you should go through the full process of Ovulation induction and conception.
