My left ovary dominant follicule size is 27.4*27.9 on 22nd. Doc prescribed me hucog injection on day 20th. Today is 22 nd. Kindly guide why it's not ruptured. Is everything fine and what's the expected time to rupture

What was the dose of the injection 5000 or 10000 There are multiple reasons why it did not rupture Probably the dose of HCG was inadequate
