Today is day 12 and my follicular study says the following - Endomet. thickness: 7.6mm Right follicle DFI: 12.7 x 9.1mm Left follicle DFI: 9.7 x 7.4mm Right ovary is polycystic, left ovary is normal. My cycle is usually ~36 days. I'm not taking any medicines. Is there any chance of conceiving this cycle?

Too early to say till a desired size of the follicle of 18*20 mm is achieved

Need successive scans ..there are dominant follicles .. u may need some injections, to increase size
