Follicle on day 12

I have done a follicular tvs scan today on my day 12. Please let me know if this report is normal as I was searching in google and some people said check if it's a cyst or follicle as the size is 26mm. Is there anything to be worried about the size of follicle?

Desired size is  20 to 18 millimetres beyond that  u need an injection for rupture
