Hello, I am trying to conceive with my ovulation cycle, but as soon as my period dates comes near I start getting pimples And mouth ulcers.. I already took 10 injections of vitamin b12 but again the same problem is coming up.. So I have ordered folio acid 400 mcg tablets.. Please find it in attachment and suggest me if it is good.. Thank you!!

Yes taking folic acid certainly helps ,but it's not mandatory that this alone will help,u might need some more guidance in terms of what medication needs to be simultaneously prescribed to u to avoid moth ulcers and pimples,for details u may get back to us.
