Folicular size not growing enough

On 14th day of period in my follicular study folicular with 17mm size is ruptured from right overy.. Left overy follicular size was 6.2mm on 12th day. Is this 17mm size is too small for conceiving? What happened if I get consive with 17mm follicle ruptured?
