Folic acid & calcium tablets

I am 6 week pregnant. My doctor prescribed me Aciloc 150 ( thrice a day) & Doxinate ( once a day) though I am neither having acidity and morning sickness. Should I still continue the two? Should I also take folic acid & calcium tablets?
