Folds and wrinkles on eyelids

I had itching in my eyes so i rubbed them quite often due to which my eyelids have wrinkles and folds .... pls help ... one dr . Suggest hydrocortisone cream but i cant see much effect.... kindly help Me if there is any genuine dr. Pls ... attached a photo below

Depending upon the severity of the allergy, sometimes either a topical antihistamine (-/+ oral antihistamine) would suffice for a week. If remittent, detailed evaluation should be done. Due to persistent eye rubbing, this often happens in patients with allergic conjunctivitis, on a seasonal basis.
Next Steps
Treat the cause and frequently lubricate the lid area with an emollient cream and wear your prescription spectacles regularly. Hydrate well, and sleep 8-9 hours minimum.
