I did a foetal echo today, EIF was identified in Left ventricle but there are no other structural abnormality. Please let me know if this EIF can cause any problem.

An echogenic intracardiac focus with no other structural finding is called an isolated soft marker. It appears in around 3 to 5 percent of normal pregnancies and by itself is not a diagnosis of any heart or chromosomal problem. What matters is the combined risk from your first-trimester screening plus this finding, read together by your obstetrician.
Next Steps
Please discuss the report with your obstetrician. If your NT and blood-screening result was low risk, no additional testing is usually needed.
Health Tips
Please do not draw conclusions from an isolated soft marker seen alone.
