My dad aged 61, diabetic, having neck swell from left lobe, done ultrasound and fnac. Fnac shows nodular goitre Bethesda category 2. Kindly suggest if it is serious, what can we do next sir. Attaching reports here

The reports suggest absence of cancer, it’s a benign thyroid swelling. Recommend monitoring the swelling for changes in size with thyroid ultrasound every 4 months. If the swelling grows it can cause some symptoms of compression.
