Perianal abcess operated on OCT 2019.Now the problem is that  flud discharrge regularly from anus. There is no external oppening. Also attach OT discharge cirtificate

You were operated for abscess. The correct surgical procedure was done. Fluid discharge from anus means the some part of abscess is still there which has a opening inside.

Do sitz bath for 1-2 weeks, if not subsiding can do one fistulogram after one per rectal examination by a surgeon
