Doctor i am working as Medical representative.I am suffering from Fluctuations after taking food as well as constipation problem also.Doctor please suggest me what medication o have to take.I thought that i have to take Simethacon.please suggest me doctor.Thank you

Constipation Gastritis are possible causes. It needs proper evaluation of your symptoms and treatment ACCORDINGLY. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc PLANT based diet. Avoid animal foods.
