Fluctuating bp
I am on bp medication, at home my bp is very low, sometimes even as low as 95/65. But at the doctor office it's sometimes as high as 140/85. Doctor says my home bp is accurate since it's taken in a relaxed environment, whereas clinic environment usually involves stress so bp goes up. He says if home bp continues to show low readings, we can stop medication. I want to continue taking medicine lifelong because only home bp is low but clinic bp is high. Am I making the right decision?

Pls do manual BP charting for 5 days ,visit any clinic nearby ,please sit and relax for 30 mins before measuring your BP and try to compare ur home BP apparatus with any other machine at the same time,if any technical issue but a new machine.
