Montair LC allergy aur nose block ke liye theek hai, lekin wo fever ya body pain ke liye nahi hai. Pan-D antacid hai — sardi khansi me uski koi bhoomika nahi, wo sirf tab lein jab acidity ho ya doctor ne tablet ke saath likha ho. Bina fever ya dard ke aapko paracetamol ki bhi zaroorat nahi; steam, saline nasal drops, garam paani aur aaram hi kaafi hai. Zyadatar viral cold 5-7 din me settle ho jaata hai.

Pan-D chhod dijiye jab tak acidity na ho; Montair LC jari rakh sakte hain. Fever chadhe, khansi 10 din se aage khinche ya seene me jakadan ho to mujhe Practo par consult par batayein — Miraj me hain to Synergy Multispeciality Hospital OPD me dikha jaiye.

Pan d is for nausea and dyspepsia . F9r blocked nose along with montair l.c, do steam inhalation with karvol capsule, 3 times daily.

Pan D is NOT needed for cold and blocked  nose . Just use cetrizine. If you don't have lung symptoms u don't need montair LC as well. Steam inhalation will help Adequate hydration will help you avoid blocked nose.

Pan d dont take unnecessary,take only if there's any acidity symptoms I would advise to take least meds and recover faster Continue montair lc if not settling with that u can contact any doctor for further assistance
