Flexed breech at 37th week-c section adv

Hi Doctor advised to my sister for c section has less water and flexed breech position. At 37th weeks completed. Is it possible fr normal delivery? Do we wait for normal or need to admit.? Doctor said less hope...

You can wait until the date of delivery if your water levels are normal if the afi what is the amniotic fluid index is less you need to terminate a pregnancy as the baby is already term

I think it is better to go for c section as u mention liquor is less....if this is her first child then definately go for c section....if this her 2 or 3 then for that weight of baby, placenta localisation, these points matter but in this also there is risk to baby as arrest of baby head can occur.....

Mode of delivery in breech depends on parity of the patient ,type of breech ,weight of the baby , location of placenta , adequacy of pelvis   and sufficient amount of amniotic fluid .Since many complications have been noticed during breech vaginal deliveries - Lscs is preferred in most of the cases
