Flat feet and pain in inner ankle,inner knees and hip muscle after waking Is it is causing due to flat feets Please suggest.attaching pictures for your reference.

Examination of your feet in sitting and standing positions will be required to find the cause of the pain. X rays of the feet and ankle in standing position may also be needed. Depending on that examination you may need insoles or surgery to correct the problem. You could book a video consult for preliminary assessment.
