Use good moisturiser, for eg Apply physiogel ai moisturising cream , 3 times. If problem still persists, need some medicated creams to settle , consult online with better images and some detailed history for that. Redness cant be well appreciated in these pics. Avoid hotwater, sunexposure  facewashs or soaps or any other products on face. Use plain cold water to clean, if at all a little cetaphil gentle cleanser only once a day.
