Metolar is your medication to treat hypertension(high blood pressure) Tryptomer is to treat depression. Flagyl is an antibiotic.Yes you can take it. The duration 3 days or 5 days for which it was prescribed depends on what you are suffering from. If you are having any dental issue/serious infection continue the same dose i.e.3times fir 5 days. If it was prescribed for loose motions/diarrhea you can use it for 3 days @twice daily akong with a probiotic.

Why was it indicated for 5 days?. If it is for diarrhoea, you can take for 3 days.
