I have one fistula point. near to anus right side now sometimes i am going to release gas from anus, gas also hit the bottom of scrotum. from 15 days. fistula track can open in scrotum or not? i am really scared. my family doctor said it can't open in scrotum.

Hello well it is very difficult to answer that question that actually examining it... Which subject you to consult a General Surgeon And Get It exam inter and apart from that you can also get the fistulogram where we insert the dye and see the path of it... thank you
