Fissure not healing

2024-03-12 07:35:42
I had a fistulectomy surgery in end of November 2023. The  wound has healed except a small part inside the anus which has formed like a fissure. Occasionally, during BM, the stools rub over the wound, and that causes mild painless bleeding, which is not letting the wound heal completely. Does ayurveda or homeopathy have medicines that can heal this wound faster?

Apply HEMHEAL ointment of Bipha pharmaceuticals twice daily. If not available, try to bring PILOCID ointment of Kottakkal Aryavaidyasala. Do sitzbath at 40 degree celsius twice daily before applying the ointment. Take more fruits and vegetables. Hydrate intermittently, avoid constipation.
Next Steps
Not relieved within 2 weeks, get it examined by a doctor
