Fissure & fever

2026-07-25 17:59:27
She has a constipation issue. Recently she experienced anal fissure on an evening, followed by fever. She had similar experience a month back also. She is also under diet as weight loss suggested by doctor to improve her knees. Does fissure follow by fever always? The fever went away on its own.

Anal fissure does not cause fever, unless it is infected. Please consult a gen. Surgeon for clinical evaluation for anal abscess.

No ,nothing like that. Usually fissure come without fever because its not an infection, its only anal wall rupture/Crack during defecation, due to constipation and hard stool ,nothing else.dietary modifications required for constipation and sitz bath.
