Fish bone stuck in teeth

2023-04-13 19:16:42
The day before yesterday, at dinner, a fish bone got stuck in my teeth. I thought it had gone out but this evening suddenly felt like it was still stuck. Tried to take it out but couldn't. Also bleeding happened in the process. What should I do? Any advice would be helpful as I can't take it out myself and since it was quite late at night couldn't get a dentist.

At home , you can floss in that area or even can use a water flosser . Bleeding occurred because you injured your gum while trying to take the fish bone out . If all these things do not work , visit a dentist as soon as possible , she / he will be able to take it out with proper technique .

Hi you floss the region or even forcefully flushing the region with water would dislodge the fish bone. Bleeding would have occured because you might have injured the gums in the process. Use a mouthrinse after and maybe apply dologel in the area.
