In my right scm muscle where marked with white, when i palpate that place, i find that a firm node is there inside. It doesn't hurt or burn or anything, its constantly there since 4-5 weeks no increase in size too, its not visible from outside skin, only when i touch it is felt, i had checked with a ent he had told me that it is a reactive lymphadenopathy, aa i am having oral pigmentation since a month, also i have 2 impacted wisdom tooth.. Is it cancerous? M worried. As recently i had a chest infection too. Please help
