Fingers mobility due to wrist fracture

I am recovering from a wrist fracture suffered last month. Doctor had advised to keep moving fingers but due to pain i couldn't do much finger exercise. Now my whole Palm and all fingers are paining for any movement. Doc has advised to keep movement of fingers and use hot press to relieve pain. How can I quickly regain mobility of fingers with minimum pain ?

Firstly confirm that your fractured bone is united Then follow some simple wrist and finger mobilisation exercises Do not over do any activity

Try doing exercises in water Do some grip strengthening exercises like ball squeeze in water (Putting hand in a tub/bucket filled with water )
