My left hand fingers getting dry , black , itching and cracks on it. facing this problem from one year.. now right hand also. consulted skin doctor given terbest ointment but no use .On fingers cracks coming , skin is peeling blackness and itching , is that any finger psoriasis? Please give any suggetions?
