Proximal Phalanx of 5th finger fracture with angulation

X-ray shows there is a fracture in proximal phalanx of 5th digit, on AP view which you have posted a picture it looks displaced, depending on your needs and requirements it can be managed. In my opinion it needs a fracture fixation either with a k wire or miniplating.
