Fibroid tumor suffering to 5 years

I am suffering fiboid tumor. One is in the uterus & second is in the ovary but doctor suggest fibroid is not responding to irregular menstrual. Doctor says hormone is imbalance in your body & 25 days continues spotting so please as early possible as give me suggest to what can i do ? Which laboratory reports required to this problem.

This s such an old ultrasound..also subserous fibroid usually does not cause ny problems..
