Fibroid, endometriosis and tubal removal

Hello All, 2 weeks ago, I was diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy and so got my left fallopian tube removed. I am having endometriosis, fibroid and also cyst in right ovary. My AMH count is also low 0.6. I am so worried now about my pregnancy and having baby in future. Please suggest what should I do. Dr also said I will have to conceive earliest due to endometriosis blocking fallopian tube. Dr said next month I have to be on strong anti biotic coarse in order to get rid of any inflammation in right tube.

If you want an unbiased scientific treatment then you should go for IVF. Even that may not be easy, so you should also discuss with your Gynaecologist regarding Surrogacy.
