27f.since a week feeling eyes pain ,fatigue tired headache.feverish feeling but temp normal 98-99.3.Taking paracetomol but still no change.Feeling too tired and feverish feeling lyt body aches.what may be the reason .spo2 ---97-98 Temp 98-99.3

Looks like mild Viral infection. You take Paracetamol, lots of fluids, take fresh fruit juice, supplements like Multivitamin with Zinc. If the feeling lasts for few days, get blood CBC done.

Don't take paracetamol for fatigue. Drink juices and try to keep yourself hydrated. Avoid alcohol if by any chance you take it. 98-99 is the normal body temperature and it might be due to hormonal changes as you are growing up into an adult. Consult on phone for further management. And provide full history.
