Feverish and fatigue for a month

I get fever and headaches and fatigue by evenings. This has been going on for a month now. Had Haemogram, Widal test, Malaria test done per doctor suggestion but they are normal. I am getting confused and worried now. Initially was diagnosed for flu but then looks like something else. Look forward to your help
