What is the age of your son? Covid test may not help us because fever with chills is not the usual presentation of Covid. I suggest he should have Blood CBC, Dengue test and Urine for Routine examination. With these reports he may consult a General Physician on Practo.

Can be a viral fever. Give dolo 650 as and when needed and maintain adequate hydration. If still fever persists till tomorrow then Consult a general physician
