Fever with Lower Back Pain

I am having fever between 99-101 with lower back and front pain. Fever tends to go automatically and comes back again. Also the pain happens when I get fever. I am covid negative. Please respond

Hi,based on your symptoms you may have developed mild muscle spasm due to which you have developed the back pain. Secondly fever might be due to muscle pain!
Next Steps
For further management you might well consult. If the pain is mild you can take following medications Tab zerodol p twice a day morning and at night after food for 3 days
