Hello yesterday my sister was suffering from back pain and fever with combiflam got relieved Again now my my mother got slight head ache and fever do suggest medications

Have you checked temperature in thermometer? If having fever and 2 members in your family are having the same problem then I suggest you need to go for covid test and mask both your sis and mom to wear mask and follow precautions. Can consult for better understanding
