I have been having fever with chills since 3 days. I am taking azithro 500 and calpol. Please suggest

HELLO, URINE TEST FOR COMPLETE N MICROSCOPIC. BLOOD FOR PF PV. YOU R IN RIGHT TRACK, BUT AS FEVER IS WITH CHILLS POSSIBILITY OF UTI, MALARIA IS THEIR TABLET FLEXON TWO TIMES A DAY INSTEAD OF CALPOL. ALKALIZER CITRALKA TWO TEASPOON WITH HALF GLASS OF WATER FOR THREE TIMES AFTER FOOD MAY SUBSIDE CHILLS. PLENTY OF WATER. LIGHT DIET. O.K,BYE.
