Fever to child

My child is having fever since last 6 days, I have given enough paracetamol to him but it's effect lasting only for around 4 to 5 hours. After that he again feeling feverish. His fever is fluctuating even some times in a night he is getting high fever, and going down as a normal one without any dose.

Consult Now
Please get him investigated.. We should find source of infection.. Give him Meftal P syp for fever.
