The fever was 103 and the fever started today...we have given cipla ( paracetamol) liquid 250mg...one dose ...should we fold her in blankets so that she started sweating...or we just leave it...pls help

No need of blanket keep her open and give cold fomentation 103 is a high temp. And need further evaluation Keep her hydrated
