Fever is coming at a interval of 3 hours and that also around 101.4 F. Need an advice which medicjne will suitable and in how much quantity and how many time a day

If fever spikes are continuous, it is better that you get a consult on practo or in-person so that danger signs are not missed. Meanwhile keep him hydrated, do sponging, use paracetamol syp if fever above 100 degrees.
