He is having fever 102 since last night and coming back in 4 hr... We have given him crocin syrup. Eyes getting swellen up and shivering... Please suggest, can we give him meftel p...to break fever..

I am sorry to heat that your son is unwell. Both CROCIN and MEFTAL should be able to control fever but self medication without consulting a doctor could be injurious to health. I understand that it might be difficult to find a paediatrician today being Sunday but I am sure you could visit a hospital where you could get a paediatrician.
