Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Fever of 103 or more for 4 months would take a toll on your body.
I want more history, is the fever there everyday?
Because its not possible.
I also do not believe you have got the tests done.
If you had, then you could have attached the reports.
Evening rise of temperature, chills, night sweats etc are consistent with typhoid fever.
If you would have actually consulted a doctor, he would have given you a antibiotic and not just dolo 650 keeping in mind the long duration of fever.
A detailed evaluation will be required. Just get admitted in a good hospital.
If you do have tge reports, take them along so that the physician has a better idea.
Do not try to thibk that you are the doctor and you will be able to treat it yourself.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil kumar jain.
