  4. Fever since 3 days. Any one suggest me!

Fever since 3 days

My daughter  7 years old she is suffering from fever for 3 days we are using meftal and calpol250 mg today we went for blood test .her  platelets count is less and also WBc count also less , dengue test report is negative today is Sunday our pediatrician is not available here iam attaching her blood report can any one suggest me

Wbc is low, platelet count also low. Kindly consult your Pediatrician for further evaluation, it can be dengue fever.
