Looks like some kind of stomach infection, you can take syp.Domstal 2.5 ml if vomiting occurs. This kind of infections usually settle down by 3-4 days. Avoid giving mefkind plus as it will promote stomach irritation. Give plain paracetamol for fever(Syp.Crocin DS 3.5 ml)
