My son is having fever since last three days, watery eyes, runny nose, and find sleeping problem , given him paracetamol, cetrazine and amoxicillin  but fever is not going away, now dr priscribed monocef 50, lecope, omnacortil and paracetamol ibuprofen syrup , should i switch to these medicine

I would suggest wait and watch. From your history looks like viral infection. I would suggest get RTPCR test done. Just give paracetamol as and when required means when temperature is mire than 100. Also you can continue cetrizine.
