You didn't specify the age of child. But since you gave her Syrup Paracetamol I presume that the child should be 2-3 years old. For such a small child it is better to physically consult a Paediatrician in your area. In tele-consultation we know only what you tell us. We don't know if the child has respiratory infection or not.

You haven't mentioned the child's age or weight and the during of fever. A consultation is required especially when a child is having such high temperature.
