My so is suffering from fever of 102° since morning. After using ibogesic had consulted the physician. attached syrups we're adivsed Have given him all syrups Still he is suffering from fever 102° and cough Every 2 hour sponge bath is done. Please advise

Give lot of liquids.. warm water.. It could viral fever.. it will take time.. Give paracetamol once in 6hr if fever is there (maximum 4times/day) If child is active and urine output is good.. wait and observe
