I have fever 100 all the time not getting down. i was taking azibact 500mg 2 times in a day and calpol 500 mg 3 time in a day. Fever is coming from last 3 days what should i do now..?

Fever 100 or above should be investigated Any other complaints along with fever?? Dose for Azibact is 1 tab once a day Cold sponging for fever

Need to get tested,after detailed history... And azibact 500 twice daily is a high dose.. Can increase the paracetamol dose to 650mg 8th hourly R there any other rsymptoma like cough , cold , sore throat,  breathlessness?...if yes get tested for covid
