Fever ,loss of appetite ,vomiting

Hello I done my widal test and it indicates that salmonella typhi O and H both have positive value with ratio 1:80 and i also got fever in a moderate range with vomiting and loss of appetite.so my question is that am i suffering from typhoid ? Or its just a viral fever?
