Please tell me which blood test/ urine test should be done in fever.. She became too much weak.. She doesn't feel hungry All time she is feeling sleepy Nowadays her B.Tech 3rd final semester is going on and she is taking too much tension about exam Day by day her health is falling down She is feeling too much irritated all time

Hello there. I can understand your concern. This isn't how blood tests are suggested. First a detailed history is required. Mid she has fever, then we need to know what her temperature is like.
